Result of Secondary Placing of Ordinary Shares in Somero

Further to the announcement earlier today, Somero announces that Jack Cooney has sold 800,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares"), representing approximately 1.42 per cent. of the voting rights of Somero. The Placing Shares were placed at a price of 340 pence per share and were sold to institutional investors by finnCap Ltd.

Following the sale, Jack Cooney now has a beneficial interest in a total of 614,634 Ordinary Shares, representing a resultant holding of 1.09 per cent. of the total voting rights.
