Major £3m Contract for Complex Security System

Synectics plc, (AIM: SNX,) a leader in the design, integration and control of advanced surveillance technology, networked security systems and strategic security solutions, is pleased to announce a new contract win with a value of over £3m.

Synectics plc subsidiary Quadrant Security Group (QSG) has been awarded one of the largest security installation projects in Europe, a single contract worth over £3m for the supply and installation of a turnkey electronic security system for a major Blue Chip client. The project is for a new high security complex in the UK which includes design and installation of an integrated security system for CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, Perimeter/Fence Detection and interfaces to turnstiles, barriers and X-ray machines. The whole integrated solution will be controlled and monitored by a Synectics control and command front end and is due for completion late 2013.
