AGM Statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Synectics plc, to be held at 11.00am today, the Chairman, David Coghlan, will make the following statement:

"After a good performance in 2012, the momentum of Synectics' businesses has continued well in the current year.

"In February and March of this year we announced that the Synectics' Systems and Synectics' Integration and Managed Services divisions had been awarded large contracts in Singapore and in the UK respectively. Performance on these contracts is proceeding to plan, and will underpin the revenue growth the Company expects to deliver in the current financial year.

"Overall trading across the Group remains satisfactory, and gives the Board confidence that results for the year will be in line with market expectations."
