Notice of General Meeting
Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM:SNT), the company focused on a green aggregation strategy, announces that it is today posting a notice of general meeting of the Company (the "Notice"), to be held at Peterhouse Capital Limited, 80 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6EE commencing at 11am on 22 August 2022 (the "GM"). The GM is being held to authorise the issue of new ordinary shares of 3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the placing and loan capitalisation announced on 3 August 2022 and the exercise of the broker option announced on 4 August 2022.
A copy of the Notice will also be published today on to the Company's website, www.sabien.com, in accordance with the electronic communications provisions of the Company's Articles of Association.
Holdings in the Company
To the best knowledge of the Company, the holdings of the Board and Significant Shareholders (as defined under the AIM Rules for Companies) of Ordinary Shares following the admission of the 1,361,250 new Ordinary Shares announced on 3 August 2022 on 10 August 2022 and the anticipated position on 23 August 2022 assuming the resolutions to be proposed at the GM are successful, will be:
