With respect to the remainder of the ordinary shares (as detailed below) which they each hold in the Group following the above transactions, Dean Godwin, Philip Godley and Spencer Daley have agreed to extend the lock-in periods applicable to their respective shareholdings in the Group pursuant to restricted share agreements entered into upon admission of Sanne Group plc to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") to endure for 72 months after (but excluding) Admission whilst they remain directors of Sanne Group plc.
