Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company notifies that, on 28 June 2018, James Ireland, the Group's Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 July 2018, was granted a conditional share award over the number of ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Shares") listed below under an arrangement, in respect of the buy-out of remuneration forfeited on leaving his previous employment (the "Award"). The number of Shares subject to the conditional share award has been calculated using the average market prices over the three dealing days immediately prior to 14 May, the date Mr. Ireland joined the Company.
The Award is conditional on employment and will vest in tranches as set out below:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards which are structured as conditional share awards.
The vesting of an award is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The awards will normally vest on the later of the third anniversary of grant and the determination of the performance conditions.
The Company was informed of the above transactions on 28 June 2018.
