In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, the Company announces that it was notified on 14 November 2018 that Sean Murray, a PDMR of SANNE, had completed a partial sale of his shareholding. Sean disposed of 11,303 shares in the Company, primarily to meet tax obligations pursuant to an award over a total of 22,606 shares which was granted in December 2017.
