Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company announces that Andy Pomfret has been appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Director and the Senior Independent Director of Sabre Insurance Group PLC with effect from 28 February 2018. He will also be joining the Audit, Disclosure, Nomination, Risk and Remuneration Committees of Sabre Insurance Group PLC.
