ANNOUNCEMENT
on the Publication of Preliminary Results for 2015
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that the Unaudited Preliminary Results for 2015 will be published on February 15, 2016, 8:30 AM (Romania time). The Report will be available:
· on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro;
· on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;
· on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Annual Report - 2015 and
· printed, at the headquarters of the Company, Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu county.
The unaudited preliminary financial statements are prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.
Publication of the preliminary financial statements will be followed by two conference calls on the same topic on February 17, 2016:
· A conference call held in Romanian starting with 12 noon (Romania time)
· A conference call held in English starting with 3 PM (Romania time)
Attendance to the event will be possible by filling the registration form that will be available starting with February 08, 2016 on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - News&Events. The registration to the conference call is possible until February 16, 2016, 3 PM (Romania time).
