STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND

As announced on 30 July 2015, an interim dividend for 2015 of 11.8 US cents per Ordinary Share will be paid on 27 October 2015 to shareholders whose name appeared on the Register at the close of business on 9 October 2015. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 7.68 pence per share.
