STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND
As announced on 31 July 2019, an interim dividend for 2019 of 14.4 US cents per ordinary share will be paid on 30 October 2019 to shareholders whose name appeared on the Register at the close of business on 4 October 2019. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 11.19 pence per share.
