iii) The market value of the Ordinary Shares acquired and sold on 4 February 2016 was 1111.00p per Ordinary Share.
iv) The transaction took place in London, UK.
v) The total percentage holding following notification is less than 0.1%.
vi) This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(a)
