In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Smith & Nephew plc (the "Company") announces that Angie Risley, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, is to be appointed to the board of InterContinental Hotels Group PLC as a non-executive director effective from 1 September 2023 and as Chair of their Remuneration Committee effective from 1 January 2024.
