Result of Voting at 2018 Annual General Meeting
St. Modwen announces that all resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities on a poll at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 28 March 2018. The results of the poll incorporating proxy votes lodged in advance of the meeting are set out below and will be published on the Company's website www.stmodwen.co.uk. The full text of the resolutions is set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 15 February 2018 which is also available at www.stmodwen.co.uk.
A copy of the resolutions passed as special business (resolutions 14 to 18 inclusive) has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
