Extension of Revolving Loan Facility

The Board of Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited has been informed by the investment manager, Sherborne Investors Management (Guernsey) LLC, that SIGB, LP's revolving loan facility with HSBC Bank plc (the "Facility") has been extended for an additional 12 months, with a new maturity date of 26 February 2017. The Facility commitment remains £50 million and borrowings under the facility are currently £20 million.
