Notice of Annual General Meeting
Jersey, Channel Islands, 20 April 2020 -- Serinus Energy plc ("Serinus", "SEN" or the "Company") (AIM:SENX, WSE:SEN) announces that a Notice of Meeting has been posted to shareholders and filed for the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 15 May 2020 at JTC House, 28 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands at 3:00pm (BST). Given the UK Government and States of Jersey measures on staying at home and away from others (the Stay at Home Measures), unlike in prior years, members will not be able to attend the Annual General Meeting in person. However, this does not prevent members from voting at the AGM as they will still be able to do so by proxy or online.
