Director Declaration

The Company has been notified that, pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Lucinda Jane Ltd, an unrelated business to the Company, of which Lisa Montague, Chief Executive Officer, is a non-executive director, entered into administration on 20 May 2020 and moved from administration to liquidation on 13 October 2020. The liquidation process in respect of Lucinda Jane Ltd is ongoing.
