Transaction in own shares
Safeland announces that on 1 October 2015 it purchased 1,160,800 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 57p per share for cancellation.
Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the Company's issued share capital will comprise 15,690,380 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The above figure of 15,690,380 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTR.
