Further Update

Further to its announcement of 14 May 2014 that it had obtained a residential consent under permitted development rights in relation to part of a property in Wimbledon which had been acquired by the Company in August 2013, Safeland is pleased to announce that works have commenced on the conversion of the property into 31 residential units. In addition, the Company announces that it has entered into a contract for the forward sale of all of these units for £10.23 million with staged completion anticipated during 2015.
