Update on Board Changes

Further to the announcements on 9 June and 5 July 2022, RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Group"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, today confirms the appointments of Candida (Candy) Davies and Jane Hyde.

Candy Davies takes up the role of Chief Financial Officer and has been appointed as a member of the Board with effect from today. Rod Day will continue as a member of the Board and as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, working closely with Candy to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities, until 31 December 2022 when, as planned, he will leave the Group.

Jane Hyde takes up the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary of RWS with effect from today. As a result of this appointment, Christopher Lewey is stepping down from his role as acting Company Secretary. He will continue as Group Corporate Development Director.

Other than the previous directorships set out at the end of this announcement, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies, in relation to Candy Davies' appointment to the Board.
