AIM Rule 17 Update

RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Group"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, confirms that, further to the announcement on 14 December 2023, the appointments of both Paul Abbott and Graham Cooke will take effect on 1 January 2024.

In addition to the directorships disclosed on 14 December 2023, Paul Abbott is currently a director of two American Express Global Business Travel entities, GBT Travel Services UK Limited and GBT JerseyCo Limited. He has also held a directorship at GBT UK Topco Limited in the last 5 years.
