Transactions in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")

On 26 November 2020, the Company received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of £1.00 each ("Ordinary Shares") by a PDMR and a person closely associated ("PCA").
On 20 November 2020, William McDonnell, Group Chief Risk Officer, transferred 25,959 Ordinary Shares from his nominee account to his broker account for nil consideration.
On 23 November 2020, Mr McDonnell transferred 55,622 Ordinary Shares to Samantha McDonnell, his spouse, for nil consideration. On the same date, Mr McDonnell sold 7,830 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.766.
On 26 November 2020 Ms McDonnell purchased 7,850 Ordinary Shares in her ISA account at a price of £6.786.
