Updated Competent Persons Report ("CPR")

RockRose Energy, the independent oil and gas production company, announces that it has published an updated CPR to its website. The updated CPR was conducted by ERC Equipoise following the completion of the acquisitions of Idemitsu Petroleum UK Ltd, Egerton Energy Ventures Ltd and Sojitz Energy Project Ltd.

Highlights of the CPR on Nelson, Howe, Ross and Blake fields only:

Reserves Attributable to RockRose (MMstb)

· 1P Reserves of 7.00

· 2P Reserves of 9.65

· 3P Reserves of 13.31

The other fields will have a further small positive contribution to the reserves position.

NPV10 Attributable to RockRose (GBP MM)

· 1P of £53.47

· 2P of £111.45

· 3P of £189.82

The Company is pleased to report that production guidance for 2018 remains at 5,250 boepd.
