Rockrose Energy plc ("Rockrose" or the "Company")

Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made for block listing for a total of 275,000 new ordinary shares of 20p each ("New Shares") to be admitted to listing on the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The New Shares are to be block-listed under the following scheme:

Scheme Name: Rockrose Long Term Share Option Incentive Plan

Number of New Shares 275,000

Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00am on 15 May 2020.

The New Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of option awards under Company's Long-Term Share Option Incentive Plan.
