("Rockrose" or the "Company")

APPLICATION FOR BLOCK LISTING

Rockrose today announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 50,000 ordinary shares of 20p each (the "Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

The Shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Rockrose Share Incentive Plan.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 25 April 2018. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
