DIRECTORATE CHANGES

The Company announces that, pursuant to the Relationship Agreement (as amended) between the Company, PJSC Smart-Holding and Lovitia Investments Limited, as originally announced on 3 March 2011, Lovitia Investments Limited has nominated, and the Company has appointed, Ms Yuliia Kirianova as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect in place of Mr Oleksii Tymofieiev, who has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Ms Kirianova is a Ukrainian national and is currently the First Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PJSC Smart-Holding. She has a Bachelor of Finance from the National Academy of Management, Kiev and a MBA from The Open University, UK.

PJSC Bank Forum (member of the supervisory board)

PJSC Bank Forum went into liquidation on 16 June 2014, following intervention by the National Bank of Ukraine, who suspended PJSC Bank Forum's banking licence and appointed an official to oversee the liquidation of PJSC Bank Forum as a result of the insolvency of PJSC Bank Forum. The ultimate beneficial owner of PJSC Bank Forum is Mr V Novinskiy, who also ultimately controls a majority shareholding in the Company. Ms Kirianova's resignation as a member of the supervisory board of PJSC Bank Forum occurred within 12 months prior to the liquidation of PJSC Bank Forum.

There is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies.
