RPC Group plc - Transaction in own shares
RPC Group plc (the "Company") announces that today on 11th June 2018 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Jefferies International Limited. These shares will be cancelled.
