Rambler Metals and Mining plc Announces Filing of Meeting Materials
London, England & Baie Verted, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada -Rambler Metals and Mining plc (TSXV: RAB, AIM: RMM) (Rambler or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has filed and mailed its management information circular (the Circular) and Audited Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2017 to holders of its ordinary shares in connection with its Annual General and Special meeting to be held at 10:30 a.m. (BST) on June 20, 2018 at the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, One Churchill Place, Level 20, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5RD, England. The Circular is also available on the Company's website www.ramblermines.com.
As per the Notice of Meeting, the meeting will be a General and Special meeting as a result of the resolutions proposed. The meeting material can also be found on the Company's website at:
