RMDL, an investment trust specialising in secured debt investments, is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held today, the ordinary resolutions (Resolution 1 and Resolution 2) to amend the Company's existing Investment Policy and to give the Directors share allotment authority and the special resolution (Resolution 3) to authorise the Company to disapply pre-emption rights in relation to Ordinary and/or C Shares were passed.
