Update on Open Offer
On 21 May 2018, the Company announced an Open Offer to shareholders. The deadline for receipt of completed Application Forms and associated payment subscription was at 11:00 BST today, and the subscription period for the Open Offer is now closed.
As a Luxembourg issuer, and in order to accommodate local requirements for certainty of funds from payments by definitively cleared cheques (T+6 following their deposit), the Company expects to announce the results of the Open Offer on 15 June 2018. Admission and commencement of dealings in the Open Offer Shares will therefore commence on 18 June 2018.
