Significant Contract
RM2 (LSE-AIM: RM2), the sustainable smart pallet innovator, is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement for the deployment of standard RM2 BLOCKPal pallets with a household name in the homewares sector in North America. This contract is expected to generate gross revenues in excess of USD 1.5 million on an annual basis subject to certain velocity thresholds being met. Under this contract, RM2 BLOCKPal pallets are delivered to Walmart's Sam's Club stores. The RM2 BLOCKPal pallet is one of only four pooled pallets accepted by Walmart for shipments from suppliers, having successfully passed Walmart's supplier safety vetting process. The selective inclusion of RM2 ELIoT-enabled pallets in certain delivery loops with this customer will enable all parties to deepen their understanding of pallet flows in the supply chain.

David Binks will bring deep experience in the logistics industry, from his remarkable career with FedEx Express and TNT. Andy Geisse has worked for over 35 years in the digital space, and in addition will bring to the table experience with venture capital and rapidly developing companies. These exceptional appointments will bring invaluable insight and support the Company in its next stages of growth."
