Further to media speculation, River and Mercantile Group PLC can confirm that it has received a number of approaches from external parties expressing interest in acquiring its Solutions business. As a consequence, Lazard and Fenchurch Advisory Partners have been appointed to advise the board. Discussions are at an early stage and there is no assurance that a transaction will arise.
