NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that on:
· 21 May 2019, Mr Kevin Hayes, Chief Financial Officer, and Jack Berry, Director; and
· 23 May 2019, James Barham, Deputy Chief Executive Officer,
PDMRs of the Company, exercised options, which were granted at 186.53p pursuant to the Company's SAYE Option Scheme, to subscribe for 9,649 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Shares").
Following this notification and on the allotment and issue of the Shares:
· Mr Barham will hold 1,171,496 Ordinary Shares; and
· Mr Berry and Mr Hayes have indicated their intention to each sell 9,649 Shares respectively. This will the subject of a further announcement following such sale.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMRs is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
