Further to the announcement by Aquila Energy Efficiency Trust PLC on 2 June 2021, the Company announces that Miriam Greenwood, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chairman of Aquila Energy Efficiency Trust PLC. Miriam Greenwood assumes this role with effect from 2 June 2021.
