The Company announces that Angela Crawford-Ingle, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of TP ICAP plc and as a member of TP ICAP's Audit, Risk, and Nominations and Governance Committees. Ms Crawford-Ingle will assume the roles with effect from 16 March 2020.
