LISTING RULE 9.6.13R DISCLOSURE
Further to the Company's announcement on 28 November 2019 concerning the appointment of Simon Wilson as Chief Financial Officer and director of the Company, the Company hereby makes the following disclosures in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
Mr Wilson has a wealth of experience in the asset management sector gained during his time at Hawkpoint Partners and Pacific Investments where he was Managing Director of Corporate Finance and had responsibility for all of the group's fund management activities. In the course of these roles, Mr Wilson was a director of a number of specific purpose vehicles which were voluntarily wound up. In accordance with LR 9.6.13R(3), Mr Wilson has been a director of the following companies which have been placed into liquidation or receivership/administration:

There are no further disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13R in respect of Mr Wilson's appointment.
