Block Listing
The Company announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 3,378,548 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each (the "Shares"), and to the London Stock Exchange for such Shares to be admitted to trading on its market for listed securities.
The Shares will be issued to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE Option Plan and Executive Performance Share Plan. The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
The Shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 18 April 2019 and will be issued and allotted as they fall due.
