The Company is pleased to confirm that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00 am on Monday 13 December 2021 at Jefferies, 100 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4JL.

The Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2021, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have been mailed to shareholders today. Copies of the above mentioned documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1. 

The AGM Notice and copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2021 are also available to view and download on our website at www.riverandmercantile.com.
