Dividend Declaration

The Directors of Ruffer Investment Company Limited have declared that an interim dividend will be payable in respect of the year ended 30 June 2022 as follows:

Ex Date: 13 October 2022

Record Date: 14 October 2022

Payment Date: 28 October 2022

Dividend per Share: 1.25 pence (Sterling)

Following the payment of an interim dividend in March 2022 of 1.50p per share, the Directors have declared a second interim dividend for the year ended 30 June 2022, making a total of 2.75p per share for the year. This compares with the total dividends declared for the previous year of 2.50p per share which included 0.7p relating to a one-off special dividend received from one of the Company's investments.
