In accordance with the requirements of UKLR 6.4.9, the Company advises the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies, held by the following member of the Board:

Colleen McHugh will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Chenavari Toro Income Fund Limited (TORO), a company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 21 May 2025.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in UKLR 6.4.8R (2) to UKLR 6.4.8R (6) in respect of Colleen McHugh.
