DIRECTOR'S DEALING

red24, the international provider of risk management services, was on 20 September 2013 notified that, on the same day, Financial & General Securities Limited ("FGSL") sold 240,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Whilst Simon Richards, chairman of the Company, is a director and a shareholder in FGSL, trading decisions by FGSL are taken independently of Mr Richards. As a consequence of this sale, FGSL has a holding of 260,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr Richards is now interested in a total of 14,259,250 Ordinary Shares (including the remaining holding of FGSL), representing 29.1% of the Company's issued share capital) of which 13,389,250 Ordinary Shares are held by Sidebell Limited, a company in which Mr Richards is also a director and shareholder.
