Please find the full amended text below. 18 February 2008 Queen's Walk Investment Limited Transaction in own shares Queen's Walk Investment Limited announces that today it purchased throughJPMorgan Cazenove Limited 40,000 ordinary shares at an average price of €5.10per share. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares were €5.10and €5.10 respectively. The purchased shares will all be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 31,631,948 ordinaryshares in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.126% ofthe voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior tosuch purchases.
