Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the Core for the period 1 July 2014 to 30 September 2014, of 2.7 pence per share (a total amount of GBP 1,966,099). The dividend is to be paid on 31 December 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 December 2014. The ex dividend date is 11 December 2014.
