Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the Core for the period 1 April 2014 to 30 June 2014, of 2.7 pence per share (a total amount of GBP 1,966,099). The dividend is to be paid on 26 September 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 September 2014. The ex dividend date is 3 September 2014.
