Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the Core for the period 1 October 2014 to 31 December 2014, of 2.7 pence per share (a total amount of GBP 1,966,099). The dividend is to be paid on 20 March 2015 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 February 2015. The ex dividend date is 26 February 2015.
