Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the period 30 June 2011 to 30 September 2011 of GBP 0.0086. The dividend is to be paid on 30 December 2011 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 09 December 2011. The ex dividend date is 07 December 2011.

Ordinary Dividend for ERII LN (the Cell shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the period 30 June 2011 to 30 September 2011 of EUR 0.026. The dividend is to be paid on 30 December 2011 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 09 December 2011. The ex dividend date is 07 December 2011.

Following the redenomination of the Company into GBP on 3rd October, for the quarter ended 31st December and subsequent quarters, it is proposed that the 'Preference Cover Test' calculation, as set out in the Company's articles of incorporation, uses the total assets of the Company (taking GBP total assets of the Core plus EUR total assets of the Cell as converted at each qtr end rate) / final capital entitlement of Preference Shares.
