Dividend Announcement

Ordinary Dividend

Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (formerly known as Queens Walk Investment Limited) announces today that it does not intend to declare an ordinary dividend for the period ending 30th September 2010, having already paid a dividend of EUR 14.5 cents per ordinary share, in respect of the period 1st April to 15th September 2010. The Company's current intention is to declare the next interim ordinary dividend for the period 16th September to 31st December 2010 in due course, having regard to returns from its investment portfolio in that period and other relevant considerations.

Preference Dividend

Real Estate Credit Investments Limited announces today that it was resolved to pay a preference dividend of GBP 2.3p for the period 16th September 2010 to 31st December 2010. The dividend is to be paid on Friday 31st December 2010 to preference shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10th December 2010. The ex dividend date is 8th December 2010.
