Extension of bank facilities
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, is pleased to announce that it has extended its bank funding facilities until 30 June 2022. The extended facilities comprise a £17.5 million revolving credit facility ("RCF"), with a £20 million accordion and a £5 million asset financing facility. The RCF is provided jointly by Barclays Bank PLC and National Westminster Bank plc with Lombard Technology providing the asset financing facility.
