RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the legal services group, announces that on 4 October 2024, Mr. Jeffrey Seaward, a person closely associated with Helen Seaward, Group Head of Human Resources and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased a total of 6,502 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 1.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
