RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the professional services group, announces that on 28 September 2023, Mrs. Emma Kane, a person closely associated with Ian Rosenblatt, Executive Director and Vice Chair, purchased a total of 7,900 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 21.9 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Ian Rosenblatt is beneficially interested in 16,966,464 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company including 55,250 held by Mrs. Kane, representing 17.80 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
